Just in case you don't know who the Triple Award Winning Club, TV & Radio DJ Abrantee is, he is known to have rapidly established himself as one of the most exciting, charismatic and entertaining DJs, talents & personalities on British TV & Radio, urban & African music scene.
He is the host on the weekday Drive Time show on one of The Uk's leading contemporary radio station Choice FM (Mon-Sat- 4pm -8pm) and the Popular and Trending Afrobeats show each Saturday night from Midnight till 2am.
DJ Abrantee has supported some of the world biggest artist in concert such as Jay-z, Neyo, Akon, T Pain including interviewing A-List artists such as Usher, Drake, P.Diddy, Trey Songs, B.O.B, Toni Braxton, Craig David, Tinie Tempah, African stars P Square , Wizkid, Ice prince and many more on his Radio show on Choice FM & his TV Show aptly named "The DJ Abrantee Show" on Sky TV which launched in 2009.
Even we as African musicians can't put in words the appreciation we owe him.
Abrantee has successfully hosted and presented a number of major events throughout the UK including the iTunes Festival, Screen Nation Awards, Reach for the stars, Ginuwine concert at the 02, Rick Ross at the Forum including his very own annual Ghana Independence Day event which attracts thousands of spectators each year, The Afrobe.
Kicking off the Somerset Summer Series DJ Abrantee has placed this amazing international venue on the Afrobeats map.
These will include: Olu Mountain from Nigeria, Atumpan from Ghana, First Lady of Afrobeats May7ven, Team Afrobeats UK's Vibe Squad, Mr Silva, Skob, Flava & Kwamz, From Sierra Leonne Tyroon Da Prince, From Angola is SOA.
Opening up the show will be the Ablade cultural dance troop and also entertaining the diverse elite crowd with a mix of the biggest tunes are DJs Nyari, Afro B, DNA, Alordia, Solid Vybz, Amour, Ray P, Wavy J, Random and of course Choice FM's DJ Abrantee
